Dominic chooses The Winter of Our Disconnect by Susan Maushart and Kris talks about electronic cigarettes. This week’s STEM Ambassador is graduate engineer Dan Livermore from VolkerStevin Ltd. Chris North and Hugh Lang from the School of Physics & Astronomy at Cardiff University pop in for our monthly roundup of news from the astronomy world as well as a look ahead to February’s night sky. And this week’s Subject of Science is botanist Gotlieb Haberlandt.
