This week, we talk to Bill Campbell, CEO of Nanotecture who have just won the Frost & Sullivan EU Technology Innovation Award for their work on using nanoporous metals for improving energy storage devices such as supercapacitors. Our STEM Ambassador of the Week is Ian Amos, a Highway Engineer from Arup. Later on, Rhys goes to Bristol to chat to Robin Ince over tea and flapjacks about his upcoming Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols for Godless People. Finally, this week’s Subject of Science is inventor Robert Watson-Watt.
