Friday, November 26, 2010 at 10:10AM EUSci: Edinburgh University Science Podcast #40

Change is afoot! To celebrate the EUSci podcast’s entry into middle age, we have changed our format slightly. You now get double the number hosts (for the same low, low price) as well as a new segment that we like to call Controversy of the Week (or CoW). Really it should be Controversy of Every Second Week, but that doesn’t have a nice acronym. This week, our hosts Katie Marwick and Frank Dondelinger guide us through stories about cold dead stars, science cuts, induced synesthesia, and much more. So sit back and enjoy our take on the sensible matter of science stories that made the headlines (or at least the science pages) of newspapers over the past couple of weeks.
