Interview Tips for New Nurses

A podcast for nurses, by nurses.Since many new students are entering the workforce right now as college graduations wind down, I thought it might be a good idea to relay a few good interview tips from a series of interviews I recently conducted with nurses who recently graduated over the last two years. I featured a few of them on this week's episode of the Nursing Show, the podcast for nurses by nurses.

Tips for New Nurses in the Job Market and Nursing Show Episode 26 (Click to listen to the show)

I followed up the short audio segment with the full article on the top 10 interview questions new nurses wished they had asked. You'll find the full article text here over at the Nursing Show blog. The article features some common interviewee questions along with some that caught me by surprise. Check the link out and let me know what you think!
