The MedicCast Podcast for EMTs and Paramedics had a great interview segment this week with Erk of the ErkPod podcast. Erk is an Emergency Dispatcher in New South Wales, Australia. He shared some of his experiences as well as giving us an overview of how the emergency services system works in his area.
